Please use the following web form to open a service ticket for calibration and/or repairs on your instrument, and be sure to provide its serial number.
If you are experiencing problems with your instrument, it will greatly aid our troubleshooting efforts if you would:
- Use the serial connection of the instrument to capture sample data,
- Save the (raw, unmodified) data in a text file,
- Upload the file as an attachment and submit it with your service ticket.
